PodcastPSA.net is a place where anyone can post a Public Service Message (PSA) about something that is going on in their world. Then other podcasters listen to the podcasts, download them, and use the PSAs in their own shows. That means communication.
You can even subscribe to the feed so that you automatically download new PSAs as soon as they are posted. The rating system helps inform others as to what you think are the most important messages to be heard, and what other people want to hear.
